Nancy Barton

Nancy Barton's path to Lake Tahoe real estate is anything but ordinary. She began her career as a U.S. Air Force crew chief maintaining F-15 fighter jets — work that demands precision, accountability, and calm under pressure. She went on to earn her MBA, build a successful real estate practice specializing in commercial property in the North Bay Area, and ultimately return to the place she and her husband raised their three sons: Incline Village.

Today, Nancy represents buyers and sellers on both sides of the lake — licensed in Nevada and California, working Incline Village and Crystal Bay on the Nevada side and Truckee, Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, Tahoe City, Tahoma, and Olympic Valley in California. Her clients get the personal attention of a boutique, one-agent practice with the reach of the industry's strongest brokerage networks behind her on each shore.

Her competitive streak shows up on the tennis court, on the ski hill, and — most valuably for her clients — at the negotiating table. An Accredited Buyer's Representative and Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Nancy conducts business fluently in both English and German.
